GREG GIOIOSA
PRESIDENT OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS

Greg earned himself a BA in Fine Arts from Fresno State and a MFA from the University of Irvine.  Since his playing days at Humboldt State, he has excelled and earned the respect of players and peers as an honest and hard working representative of the game of basketball. He has demonstrated a strong skill level in coaching, player development as well as organizing, promoting and fundraising events.  He continues to create forums for his players to better themselves and provide them with opportunities at the next level.  He founded Xposure Basketball USA on the goals of helping players who are dedicated to succeeding in the basketball industry.

BRYAN HERGENROETHER
VP OF MARKETING

Bryan graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BS in Kinesiology - Sports 

Psych/Coaching and a Masters degree in Sport Management.  Since then he has worked as Operations Manager for Elite Talent Exchange (Sports Agency), League Director of the Venice Basketball League, Assistant Coach/Assistant GM of the Pee Dee Vipers (Premier Basketball League) and currently teaches at Bethesda University in the Sport Management Department.  In the offseason, he does individual player development (youth-pro) as well as the event production and hosting of international showcases to help players find job opportunities overseas.

NORMAN NOLAN
DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL

Norm graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Sociology. He is a successful former professional basketball player with an appreciation and passion for what he has done and accomplished over his 15 year career. He has traveled or lived in more than 30 countries and has adapted and appreciated all countries, cultures and customs. His post basketball career will consist of continuing to help younger athletes reach their full potential and goals, presenting them with similar life opportunities that basketball has presented him.
